Education and Medical Scholarship

The Retinue Without Border Association has played a pivotal role in addressing the education challenges faced by children, ensuring thousands stay in school. Currently supporting more than 5,000 students, our virtual sponsorship program invites individuals to make a real impact by contributing to the education and living expenses of underprivileged children with a small monthly donation. To support a student, visit the "Students in need of scholarships" section, where profiles offer insight into their life situations. If you choose to exclusively sponsor a student, you can cover their monthly needs for a full year by filling out the relevant donation form.

FAQ

What is the duration and amount of the scholarship?
In the "More Information" section for each student, a summary of their academic and health status is available. To extend support to any given student, it is imperative to cover their educational and health needs for an entire year, with a commitment of 20 euros per month.
How frequently will the sponsor receive status updates about the student?

To raise awareness and disseminate information regarding the academic progress of the student under support (guardianship) and the overall circumstances of their life, a report is compiled and forwarded to the supervisor twice a year. It is essential to acknowledge that completing the financial support form for each student implies a commitment to contribute 20 euros per month for their educational and health requirements throughout the entire year.

Can I sponsor multiple students?
Yes, our Virtual Sponsorship cause allows you to support multiple children. Once you've completed the registration process on our website and logged into your account, you can choose the children you'd like to support by participating in the Scholarship and Virtual Mentorship plan.
How are my financial contributions utilized in the virtual sponsorship cause?

In this case, your financial support is primarily allocated to cover the education and treatment expenses of the children, tailored to their specific needs and circumstances. If you're interested in fulfilling a specific wish mentioned in a student's profile, please let us know by sending us a message.

Can I personally visit the children under my scholarship?
Due to the unique and sensitive circumstances of these children and the importance of respecting their privacy and security, it is not possible to visit or obtain photos of these children. We prioritize their well-being and protection.
Are All Retinue Without Border Association’s children Included in the Scholarship and Virtual Mentorship Plan?
Retinue Without Border Association supports various children facing diverse challenges across different projects. The virtual support project is a new initiative, and therefore, we've started with a limited number of children. This doesn't mean we're forgetting the needs of other children. We continue to explore different ways to meet their needs based on their specific circumstances and the resources available to the association. We remain committed to making a positive impact on their lives.
Are sponsors required to continue providing monthly financial support to sponsored individual?
Sponsors who have decided to take on the financial responsibility of a student as their virtual guardian are obligated to continue their financial support regularly throughout a one-year period. This commitment involves the ongoing provision of payments and securing the financial needs related to education and other matters associated with the student. This action reflects a dedication to the principles of financial assistance and support for the educational growth of children, requiring its continuation and consistency for a full year.
How can one fulfill the student's wish(es)?

If you are interested in making a wish come true for a student under your sponsorship, please visit the online donation page and make a donation with the desired amount (approximate cost of fulfilling the wish). Please make sure to write the name of your sponsored student in the comment section of the donation form.
